Plans to remove blindpick and change draft

I'm sure most agree that blindpick is a huge pain when it comes to champion selection. The best and only real redeeming quality is that the Queues are quick. The problem is almost as bad with draft pick too. Ever since Teambuilder is something that should have been introduced a long time ago and needs to be a primary focus for Queues. Blindpick and draft pick can work ok but are also chaotic messes at times. Team builder is never a chaotic mess it's just slow but it would be fast if the other Queues were gone.

Hear me out about draft pick. I don't mean to take draft pick away we need draft pick there is no question about it. The thing is they can combine draft pick and team builder in a way that will eliminate role/lane fighting while keeping the pick strategy. What you do is have players Queue for ranked in builder the way teambuilder works now but when you get into the draft picking section you randomly order the players and it will look exactly the same. The other team will not know who is assigned to what role/lane and you can pick and ban champions the same as normal. You can still swap champs at the end for as much shenanigans as you would like.

Nothing would please me more than to get rid of these horrible Queues as long as team builder queues don't take very long and I think this is probably the only way to fix teambuilder Queue times. That or if it must stay the same give an IP bonus to marksmen/support or some incentive for those roles as they are the ONLY and I stress ONLY roles that you wait for in the Queues.
