[Team Builder] "Odd choice" timer is misleading

I'm frequently queueing up as Shaco for Support and Bottom, and the estimated queue time always indicate Very Long. However, my queue time is usually between 15 and 25 seconds. So I don't know how long Moderate or Very Short are, but I would believe it's not much shorter. I've obviously had longer (up to like 2 minutes) and shorter (00:00) but for the main part I'm staying in the rough 20 seconds average.

I don't know how you approximate those queue times, but I'm fairly confident that my queue times are constantly Very Short, unlike what it tells me.
