My Nemesis draft mode issue

For me, there's an issue with Nemesis draft mode that annoys me. There's no enough time to discuss strategy with team mates. I keep on starting games without being properly prepared in both runes and masteries (specially because they are hard to change in that drop down menu... due to whatever bugs adobe air has).

That time is essential to exchange champions, get to know what each one is able to take to the match, exchange champions, etc... In the other modes... It... sorta works, some better than others. In this mode... It is too short.

Please increase the time after champion select!
