No Surrender game mode

Tired of 20 minute games that still have all turret intact.

Give us a mode where we can actually play and practice.

Ooh, I can't wait for people to just AFK at the fountain or ask the enemy to end it because the game isn't winnable or they don't feel like wasting their time!

"But Zmuecat, they don't have to play this game mode if they don't like not surrendering."

Please, whoever is actually thinking that, these are people we are talking about. People aren't smart, and half the time don't really think too hard.

Honestly, I could careless if anyone AFK because they've given up, but just don't surrender.

I picked a champ I want to practice and play, and if somebody AFK, so be it. Just let me play my champ.

But yes, why would anyone queue for this mode if they're thinking about giving up after 2 turrets down or an enemy champ scores a legendary spree.
