why urf is not as fun this time around.

i was pumped to play urf again and was so ready for the gamemodes return and even asked for it to stay permanently. however the fact that you have left champions such as shaco, sona, and ryze in it just ruins the fun that the game mode once had now every single game there is a sona constantly healing and melting without explanation ruining the game for people like me who want to try champs that they havent seen played to death due to the fact that they are op as shit there and just cant be stopped i know you can ban them but you have a one in five chance to actually be first pick to ban and mostly when people are banning they are the lame asses that play these boring game ruining champs and refuse to ban them and whenever i try to say something about it people are like its a game mode for fun chill out but how can i chill out and enjoy a once great game mode when people spam champs that cant be stopped and just ruin it. im sorry if you think its fine the way it is and enjoy getting rolled by sona 24/7 but i cant take this and am incredibly iritated by it.

Meta picks don't stop you from trying others. I've found a majority of champs you NEVER see are actually super strong against the spammy "meta" picks. Just play them well and itemize against what your opponent has.

Riot did some pre-balancing before URF was released. The champs where there is little to no counterplay need something about their kit tweeked. For example, while I can see why limiting Teemo's shrooms to 20 for URF makes sense, at least there is a way to counter it via map control and pinks. Characters like Hecarim, Jax and Zed are among the few that are very difficult to counter in URF. They are tanky, difficult to target and have very few counter-picks other than the champs that are as OP as they are.

If you like this mode then great. I get the point is that the gameplay is highly unbalanced, but if they are doing balancing like they did then they need to look at these types of champs more for this game mode.
