Will I get the Nemesis Draft Icon even though a friend I was queuing with didn't know what to give them and waited too long until it was disbanded? I didn't dodge and haven't done so, but since my friend did and she was in my party does it count for me too? And does the icon mean you just need one game where you don't dodge/leave or that you need to have no games where you dodged/left?

Just a guess but I think your friend would be ineligible for the icon, but you would be fine. I think you need at least one game total and no games with dodges.
Ugh. I still think it's silly that you don't get the icon if you took too long picking a champion. Hell, I think it's silly that it kicks you if you take too long- why can't it just pick a random champion for the enemy team? I totally panicked during my first game and got kicked :p Annnnd now I won't get the icon. I hope it doesn't affect the friend I was queuing with.
