Can I boost my MMR in norms?
pretty much title, im not getting alot of lp from ranked wins so that indicates i need to raise my mmr. Now i'm wondering if i can raise it in norms or if the modes use 2 diff mmr's.

Nope. MMR is not shared between Normal and Ranked, Twisted Treeline and Summoner's Rift, ARAM and whatever etc.
