Remove Blind Pick

Ok, I know this sounds crazy. But it might just work. On pbe, which has a tiny fraction of the players that live does. There is only team builder. Everyone gets to play whatever they want, and queue times are never longer then around 3-4 minutes. This is with a tiny tiny fraction of the player base. The reason why queue times are so long is because noone plays team builder. And if you are forced to, everything would be so much better
