Rerolling in ARAM

too many people instant reroll without asking if anyone wants, when rerolling a champ it should have a timer so ppl can grab that champ if theyd like since a champ is being RRd anyways, then once that champ is RRd away it cant be RRd back in.

ex 1 : i want GP but he gets RRd instantly and i cant trade leaving me stuck with X champ and no rrs

ex 2 : ally RRd Nunu after asking if anyone wants, nobody does and i wait for RR before doing my own RR just in case they/me want to trade, once i decide to use my RR i get Nunu...ummmm if i didnt want him b4 why do i want him now, waste of a rr and a source of frustration (frustration causes toxicity and we know this)

also RR limit should be increased slightly with experience or champs owned. ex : 1k wins = +1 to RR limit ex 2 : for every 'X number' champions owned increase RR limit by 1 (X could be 50 or even 100)

i personaly prefer RR limit growing with champs owned because it allows leeway for those that want to collect em all but wont because ARAMing will get worse as well as itll give nothing to those ARAM only accounts since they usually wont have more than 20 champs owned

I think an alternative solution would be to give players a popup when they hit reroll which says; "Are you sure you want to reroll a random champion? You may also trade with another player if you both own the champions"

The problem with a time limit is that people who don't primarily play ARAM don't necessarily have mastery pages set up for them. I often get a champ I don't play often, or who works better in other ways in ARAm than in normals (hey Soraka, how ya doing?), and I need to whip up a new mastery page. That being said, yeah, something to allow for a trade before RR would be nice.

Also I have champs that I never use unless aram makes me. Id love to be able to j6st rem8ve them so that wont happen
