Ranger Trailbraizer Fix Needed

I'm excited for the new jungle changes and am hoping they widen the jungling pool and make the meta less boring. Recently, I've been catching up on the new PBE information (http://www.newsoflegends.com/index.php/preseason-for-dumbies-a-guide-for-every-change-coming-to-league-29268/) and encountered this fact: "A funny note, you can use Ranger’s Traiblazer to instantly kill all of Zac‘s blobs from his passive."

Now, smite has always been able to kill one of Zac's blobs or Heimer's turrets to use another example. That being said, it was only one, and I see two problems for a summoner acting like this. The first it has the ability to destroy a champion's passive or (I'm assuming it'll also work on Heimer's turrets here) main way of dealing damage without even having to use a champion ability to do so. This is unbalanced to have a summoner be able to nullify a champion to such an extent. This brings me to my second point. I don't believe smite's ability with the Trailblazer item keeps to the theme/direction of the new items. The Trailblazer is supposed to be used for safe and fast clear speeds, that is it's intent along with pushing lanes fast. It isn't supposed to be a dueling item, but with it's ability to interact with some champions like it does it could be used as such. The Stalker’s Blade and Skirmisher’s Sabre are the two items that should be able to interact with champions directly according to the logic of Riots new direction. A none dueling item shouldn't have such an impact on champions, especially so directly.

I ask Riot to please consider making changes to the Ranger's Trailblazer so that the smite aoe can only be used on monsters and minions as the text claims. Smite has always been able to be used on "minion" like aspects of champions but with these new changes this aspect of smite should either be limited (one blob killed, one turret killed, like it currently work on live) or removed completely in order to keep the balance.

first heimer turrets won't be a problem unless the heimer in question puts them really close together, and instead of changing the smite why not change the Zac's passive to something like, "these units are immune to smite," that just seems easier to me
