Unable to Mute Toxic Teammates, Did I Miss Something?

Did I miss something from the last patch. It appears I'm not able to mute toxic teammates anymore. Did they remove it on purpose, accidentally, or has it changed?

I saw something about a visual error. The button is still there, just blacked out. Or you can type /mute Playername or /mute @champion into chat.

Ah, I thought it was a problem on my end.

The button is still there, but the icon asset seems to be missing for some reason.

You can also use /mute all, /mute enemy, and /mute team, to mute everyone, enemies, allies.
