How to make the perfect Urf Gamemode

Now, this is completely my opinion, but I think urf could be made into something absolutely, ridiculously crazy and fun. It is currently a great time and I am not saying I don't have fun with it, but I just feel like it could be spiced up. I think it would be better if you randomized the champions or did a nemesis type deal, so you weren't facing the same 8 champs every game. I have played a lot of urf, and every game, there is a select few champs who are always picked and banned. I just want to see it diversified so it becomes a truly unpredictable and crazy game mode.
