Yep, I'm ranting, downvote if you please, can't even play URF anymore.

When you pick these to win: (even in normals)

Why do you try-hards just take EVERY possible chance to abuse an incredible gamemode, even at the cost of the enemy team's fun?

Do you even feel any shame? These champs don't give you that feeling that you actually deserved the win. Champs like these are the kind used by the mentally-challenged just so they have an even playing field.

Players that main these champions are usually douchebags that think they're the next faker and their team is shit.

I main , there is nothing stopping me from facerolling the enemy team in URF, but I choose not to because if you need an OP pick in URF just to win, then you're really bad at this game.

tl;dr: Be a try-hard all you want in normals LoL Community, just don't ruin URF with your try-hard picks.

god forbid someone actually play a champion because they enjoy them instead of being concerned with what some person's perception of what's OP or not in a mode is.

I'm playing to have fun. I'm having fun spamming Sona abilities, but everyone loves to say how toxic she is to the game mode.

I don't care about winning URF, I want to have fun too, so I'm playing what I enjoy. Maybe you shouldn't assume people are picking their champs just to win?

People don't understand that by constantly picking these champs, they force everyone else to do the same if they want to even have a chance at winning, so it gets boring real fast when it's always the same 15 champs. At least in normals, you can win with almost anything, but here in urf...

I see urf as the game mode that should be played for fun with the less played champs, but people still only want to win and pick the op champs, over and over and over and over... I don't understand how this is fun. I played once soraka and I felt really bad and never picked her again.

If they want to face roll, then they should go play coop vs ai and not ruin it for other players.

TBH I picked Kat thinking she'd be weak (I mean she revolves around her passive and it is almost a non-factor and her lack of resource is another of her strengths) just because I really like playing Kat.

And then I picked her again.

So, no, I don't feel any shame because I just enjoy playing Kat. In fact, this mode has made me want a rework for her : lower damage on everything but extremely short cooldowns for her Q and W with a reset on kills and assists on her E and a new passive (what? I don't know). It would be so awesome to be this blade-twirling assassin all the time... Ah, one can dream.

I pick champs in URF because I think I'll enjoy them. I picked Nid and was actually pretty disappointed. I won't be doing that again. I picked Zed and didn't enjoy it either, so fuck that. I'll stick to Kat and my long range mages. Zyra was probably my favorite tbh. SO. MANY. PLANTS.

I refuse to pick OP champions and 90% of my URF games look like this:

I'm laning, having fun with testing another champions, spaming his skills, everything is fun for first 5-10 minutes.
Suddenly enemy Hecarim/Ezreal/Zed/Fizz/Nidalee/Sona teleports in and stomps me by mashing buttons. I can't do anything to fight back, nothing counters their button mashing.

Every single game looks like this. So fun!

i play Shaco in urf mode, and ill build a item 3060 and a item 3512 , its so fun. its almost like i have a minion army. i will admit that with this strategy, ive won a good number of games. however, my kda is usually very low, like 3/4/7, i just love sieging up a tower and wearing down defenses. a good number of people in league are bloodthirsty, always trying to get pentas. urf mode is the easiest place to do this if you want a penta. people got a little annoyed at me, but i never see it as something that is gamebreaking like a kat or chogath

I honestly kind of feel guilty using AD Malzahar; it's not even "I'm going to explode everyone like some champs" it's "I'm going to take all your turrets before you can react and run away when you try to fight me."

Trundle on the other hand, despite being the posterchild for "I will outstat you to death" I feel no shame in using. =^)

Let's be real, Riven wasn't a problem in URF at all(maybe at lvl 1 with her qqqqqq spam if you're melee). The real no brainer ones are: Evelynn Sona Malphite Shaco Jax Fiora Evelynn : QQQQQ = dead in 0.78 seconds Sona : Q heal speed Q heal speed aimbot+huge burst. : Q run around Q run around Q run around, are you lvl 6? Destroy anything u see. Shaco : E invisible E invisible E invisible, did you get luden's echo? E = 70% of target's HP, blink near them and E again, good job. Jax : get luden's > W Q oh look they're already 30% HP, just W Q again within 2 seconds. Fiora : Oh hi there, my name is Fiora and I stick to you like a glue until you die ( Leona : But!!! What about me???) Well, Fiora isn't really annoying like the rest tho.

Did I forget about item 3060 & item 3512 tryhards? they just rush these items and win the game within 10 minutes, absolutely obnoxious.

I've won most of my games in URF and have had all these champs on the enemy team. Who cares, just is just supposed to be fun. I've had some spectacular wins and 2nd places,just as it should be.

Fizz, Riven, and Nidalee aren't even that big of a problem. Malz, Morg, Sona, Hecarim, the friggin clown. All much worse than them.

Well I can't say that you're wrong about those broken champs making the game a bit less fun, but here's my opinion:

People are going to play the champs they enjoy and do the things they enjoy. The people who enjoy winning are going to pick the champions that they can win with. The people who care more about the playing and insanity of URF are going to play the less strong champions that are still OP because URF. Personally I main Malphite in urf. He's not as horribly broken as the champions you listed, but he's still a lot of fun and I don't care if I lose.

The game mode is for fun, don't get upset that people play champs. Just relax and focus on yourself having fun. If you can't have fun with people playing those champs in URF, play a different mode.

Malphite Ok.

There is only one champion that should be nerfed since she was from the god tiers like heca from last year that remained and that's Evelynn , with luden it's even worse, with her passive and dmg there pretty much 0 counterplay to a good eve, the rest you said meh they are strong but have counterplay.
