So you guys should really work on making aram more unique and not just bullcrap "random" matches. Maybe if you guys spent time on that rather than making a completely new pirate themed aram that we could only use for a couple of weeks we could have a better game mode that everyone could love a bit more.

The point of the game is the randomness, if not this mode willl be reduced to a handfull of champions (mean the 20 or so that are annoying on ARAM) and everyone else will never get to be played

Not as you may think. Metagames are finicky and tend to shift with trends. I see this in Pokémon where mons go up and down in the tier rankings on Smogon as time goes on.

Scyther was good? You mean the same Scyther who had no STAB other than 35 power Wing Attack? Whose roll as a slash user was outdone by Persian who had STAB, more speed and access to Bubble Beam to Quad hit all the Rock types that might actually matter?!
Pokemin isn't the best example, TBH, because Gamefreak doesn't get complaints about balance the way Riot does for some reason.

First, Persian was only played due to his high speed which in generation I mean he would get 99.6% critc chance when he was using slash and 22% when using any other attack. is not that he Scyther wasn't good, it was persian was overpowered. Second, Schyter was used as special defense tank against physic types which pretty much had no weakness in Generation 1, plus if you were to do a couple of sword dances his high attack will overcome the need of STAB.
