Nemesis Draft Champ Select Problem

Yeah, i got kicked from a lobby for failing to select a champ, not because i didn't want to, but because i ran out of time since i couldn't find what i was looking for. I was unaware of this happening and i am disappointed that i am now ineligible for the icon. I had no intention of dodging i just failed to make a choice in time and was unaware that that would be an issue. I am not asking for exemption i just wish they had made that clearer in the announcement that that could happen.

So, if you leave any nemesis draft game you loose the Icon?

Two games of nemesis is probably it for me. I want the Icon >_>

Yeah thats what i got from their post, though supposedly their new leavebuster can detect isp fuckups

A rioter posted on another thread and said "It's one icon, and it's earned by playing the game mode and not dodging! "

They are holding the whole whether or not you have to not dodge every time you play Nemesis to get the icon question close to their chests.

I don't really think Riot has the server reliability to promise that every game that's started as Nemesis Draft will not drop at all. So it might be any one game completed without leaving but I can't really tell. I'm probably not going to risk it cause I like Icons. Nemesis was kind of fun until you read the fine print :/. I know Icons are basically useless but I dont want to miss out on one b/c internet fails or a power outage or some sort of IRL event that needs my attention. Too bad I guess.

I had the same problem in Nemesis mode where I was unaware that it was my turn to pick for the opposite team (this was my first time trying it out) and I got booted for not picking in time. In regular draft mode the game picks a champ for you. Riot, I am disappoint.

Yup, didn't realize it was my turn to pick since it's so gosh darn confusing. TBH I couldn't care less about the icon but rito plz.

I think this is the stupidest thing that if you take too long to pick a champion, you will be kicked and it counts as you quit! The most stupidest thing is that you don't get the icon if you quit due to running out of time during champ selection! If I had known this shit, I would not have played the mode more than once!
