Dominion map integrated into SR?

So, we were watching the Omega Squad Teemo skin spotlight and we noticed something very interesting. Around 0:39 when it gets to where you'd show off the Champion on the Crystal Scar, you see that it appears to still be SR but Dominion is overlayed on top of it. What's going on here? Is this some custom map? A WIP idea of things to come?
