[Gameplay] Dominion Intermediate bots are broken

The Intermediate Bots in Dominion appear to have some kind of break in their logic, they're now just standing still and not moving even when directly under a turret in many cases. I've seen them get confused in Dominion before, but never this bad. They're actually playing about as bad as the third-party bots that people are using to grind IP and referrals that are all over Dominion, ARAM and TT.
