I believe League Ranked Division are all random and not real

I seen in Silver 1 one guy which had 3 wins, and me, with 6 wins out of 10 games got to Silver V,where I demoted because I was at edge of EloHell... How is this possible? Me with 6 wins in Silver V and somebody with 3 wins on Silver I. So it means that it is a sort of a lottery? Now I won't spend my time just on ranked anymore as it was all about luck.

MMR gets more and more accurate the more games play. When you first start playing you will see huge swings in your MMR because it is going to be generated based on your current ranking and the ranking of your opponents.

3 wins and 6 wins are simply too small of sample size to accurately gauge your true MMR. The more games you play, the stronger the MMR confidence will be.

The player with 3 wins was likely a higher rank in the previous season. The season reset was only a soft reset, meaning that it did not completely reset mmr, and you wouldn't see the ranked games from last season. He could easily have been Gold something with 500 wins last season, and just not have played much ranked until recently.
