New Gamemode Idea "PreNerf"

I have seen this idea a couple of times and would just like to put it out there again. Basically it would just be a normal draft mode but every champion is at its strongest point. Also in customs you could chose which patch you want to play your champion on. I and I know a lot of other people would love to play old ap yi again or release xin.
