[GamePlay] Lazer Turret Noise Going on Forever

This is a really annoying bug that I have had on multiple computers (so I know I just did not have 1 corrupted 1). Basically every now and then the noise for when the nexus turrets are shooting stays whenever your map is near the turrets regardless if they are shooting.
