waiting for a game mode where every item is free. this would bring back a lot of dead champs for the time being, and it would be awesome to change your build all game long. it could get out of hand fast, so something like every player has to buy boots and then they get 3 slots for items. or you could make it so every 5 minutes a new slot opens.

What about a game mode where THERE IS NO SHOP!
Instead, you get a random item every minute you trade in for a Tier Credit of half value. Every increasing tier; there's your Tier Credit
hey, i will make it this way, what about we can make a maxium of 1 full item of each type, 1 tank,1 ad,1 ap and a maxed 
(excluded), that means u won't have full ad build 
or ap build 
or tank 
but its is possible to have 1 full item of a type and 1 mixed item 
+ armor/mr/health so, 2 dps/1 tank/1 shoes, and 2 incomplete of any type like 
we won't have to get an instant dead mid and late game, we don't get that much of power or tankiness
