Referral Center, not getting the ip?
0 New Friends at Level 5 3 Total Friends at Level 5 750 TOTAL IP EARNED should have at least 1500 they all reached level 10 or higher and it didn't give me the 500 ip each time

Pretty sure the refer a friend program is suspended due to people abusing it by making smurffs etc
