for some time now 
has been warping around the map making it almost impossible to land spells. i have played more then 15 games with nids doing this but some of the games it never happens. not sure if its a glitch, exploit or hack, but it needs to stop
I don't understand what you mean here. Is she pouncing, TP/Flashing, or literally blinking around the map unreasonably (ie. top to bot in seconds)? A video/screenshot would be helpful.
she warps around the map, this is not a small thing. she will come out of one bush then be over in one on the other side and it only happens to some nid's https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFsi1pf9Ls4 its from this but for some reason its way farther and bigger lots of times she just running through walls and flaying over shit.
