Item Sets Tab

This is a UI suggestion to improve the timed champ select process that most game modes use.

The problem: With large numbers of champions, rune pages, mastery pages, and item sets, it can be difficult to remember which rune page, mastery page, and summoner skills are meant to go with each champion and its various roles/positions. This problem can be mitigated somewhat by keeping a spreadsheet open, but tabbing out to look up that information is suboptimal. For one thing, the process of tabbing out, finding the information, tabbing back in, selecting the rune page, mastery page, and summoner spells takes longer than necessary in a time-sensitive champ select process. For another, by tabbing out, the player may miss important team chat.

Proposed solution: Currently, when a champion is selected, a new tab called "Skins" is added to the right of the Champions tab. I propose that an additional tab, called "Item Sets" be added to the right of the Skins tab at the same time if at least one item set has been configured for the selected champion and map. This tab would contain a list of the names of each item set that is valid for the selected champion and map, as they would appear in the in-game shop. Clicking on one of these names would automatically set the default item set for the in-game shop, and a combination of rune page, mastery page, and summoner spells that can be configured for that item set before entering champ select (any such choices that hadn't been configured would obviously not be automatically set). The player would still be allowed to manually make selections through the current UI interfaces in case they want to make adjustments for other players' choices or in case they forgot to configure the selections for their item set, and there would be no disadvantage to players that wished to ignore the Item Sets tab compared to the current UI.
