[Suggestion] Teambuilder - partial matches

After a certain amount of time searching, for both seekers and captians, partial matches could be displayed (i.e. only the position or only the role matches) and if both the seeker and captain approve a partial match, they could be matched together. I'm thinking maybe 3 options could be displayed and if a match is rejected or gets paired with a different team/seeker, the partial match would be removed to make room for another. Thoughts?
