I would enjoy a Team Builder style of Ranked Games. So people arent back N forth Pick Order - Call Order, and people playing areas they dont want to or simply arent good with.
Allow us to use Team Builder for ranked games. Then the group decides on 3 Bans, and then Match Maker Looks for nother team, that does not have any of your champs, or the currently Banned ones fro either team.
But then you are completely ignoring picks and counter picks this way, which is a huge aspect of draft mode that is gone.
Team builder is about of opposite of ranked you will ever get. You want a rank where everyone agrees go plays ranked 5s. You can decide on roles in advance that way.
Team builder whole concept is to get people to get wah they want. Ranked is about showing all the skills you have. Sometimes in ranked you got to be the support or take the role you do not want. All apart of ranked.
Edit there should be no arguing about pick versus call. Riot stated a year ago that it was pick order over anything else in draft.
