Custom Game Suggestion

So, I feel like this should already have been an option by now. Why give people a bit more freedom in custom games and give us an option to set a starting level and gold amount. I feel like this would be extremely useful if someone wanted to try out a new build and not have to either risk what could be a really bad build/game with other people or having to spend 20 minutes in a custom game just farming so that they can get the items that they want to try out. I don't know if this is a realistic thing to implement, to me at least, it seams like a fairly small but useful thing to add to the game.
