Bring Back the Custom ARAM Map (Proving Grounds)

Think it would be nice if the Proving Grounds was reenabled for Custom Games. So that people who wanted to do so could have custom aram games that don't involve snowballs. Like old times. Create custom game, Proving Grounds map, and wait for it to fill up. Doesn't need to be in the main maps. Leave it a custom option like it was prior to the howling abyss.
