New Client lacking Peer to Peer option, though functionality might be defaulted anyway.

Since the New-Client Update/Login-Screen GearBox doesn't include an option to enable/disable Peer-to-peer Transfers I cannot know if it is doing so or not doing so behind the scenes. I would like to know which of the following? Prefer an engineer answer. If a helpdesk person answers there isn't anyway to know they didn't roll a 4 sided dice.

A.) New-Client is set up for peer-to-peer update transfers and doesn't currently have the option to enable/disable listed but is defaulted to enable. B.)New-Client is set up for peer-to-peer update transfers and doesn't currently have the option to enable/disable listed but is defaulted to use whatever you have selected in your legacy setting. C.) New-Client is not currently set up for peer-to-peer update transfers but when it is the option will be made available. D.) New-Client is not currently set up for peer-to-peer update transfers but when it is the option will be defaulted to enabled and changes will not be made available.

EDIT: I'll leave this post since the answer was never obvious even though I was led to believe the riot people were of an impression that it was (someone else might search for similar thing, at least this will be here as one potential hit). The answer I received and also noted some red comments in some other posts all of which I believe are helpdesk person's are that Riot despite saying they would, and intended to do so, never did develop their in house Peer-to-Peer (as replacement for Pando Media Blaster) and any buttons in legacy related to them lost functionality. That since they hadn't developed it they left the options out of the new client.

Please answer this post. I have d/c problems and it might be linked to peer-to-peer options.

I sent a helpdesk ticket and they said they never did make their own version like they had planned. So if you still have pando installed obviously get rid of it, but Riot says they didn't end up making their own P2P. The helpdesk person told me that and I actually noticed some other posts on here saying the same that were red posts though they were possibly helpdesk as well. I don't have names memorized to know when it is a helpdesk vs an engineer, but would prefer to know an engineer had made that statement. I do believe it is accurate though.
