Seeing the community's response to Ultra Rapid Fire Mode both while it was out and after it was taken out of the game, I am surprised that Riot decided to remove it and has not brought it back yet. After sending a ticket about support on this subject, a Riot Support member told me that, "Although I myself miss that game, there is no update if it will be released again in the future."

If we could get a Rioter on this thread, that would be great. Just wondering your logic behind removing it. I understand that it was meant as a joke and a temporary game mode, but seeing the community's response, I'm curious why you still choose to not release it. I personally know three or four people who rejoined the game just for URF, and they quit after it left the game. Are you guys just worried that it will detract from the player base and/or increase queue times in normal and ranked games? Just curious about your thought process. I'd also like to see if I can get some community support on a petition for Riot to bring URF back. Just comment below, and maybe i will edit this post, start a new thread, or comment on this one if i feel that we have enough support for a petition.

TL;DR - To amend the words of American Revolutionaries, GIVE US URF OR GIVE US DEATH!

As a big fan of URF and someone who considered it one of the best game modes Riot has released, some people prefer them releasing a bunch of different types of game modes so people can get a taste of everything. I loved that you could play pretty much any champion and have fun with it but I also really enjoyed the All for One game mode.

I would like to see URF come back, but I also see where some people enjoy getting a taste of many different game modes, although I haven't been a fan of the recent releases.

You could still have many different game modes that still come and go. And have u.r.f. as a permanent mode. I mean tech. howling abiss and dominion are just another game mode but they are permanent. So why not u.r.f.?

I vote yes to bring it back, but the way riot has this set up i think there should be a tab just for urf because so many people want it back. not a new and improved urf either, just what it was before. Riot struck gold with this game mode but its been a huge downward spiral since its removal. if i havent played since season one then i would have left once it was removed as well.
