ARAM roll notice

ARAM needs a feature where if someone clicks 'roll' a message in chat appears that in 10 seconds the champion will be rolled, to give a chance for people to offer trades.

It makes me incredibly salty when someone rolls a champ I would like to play before I have the chance to type not to roll them without asking.

This, and prohibit trades and rolls when there's five seconds before the game starts. All that does is guarantee people have the wrong runes and masteries.

It would be better to just put the rerolled champion aside into a pool that people can freely trade from, instead of discarding it entirely.
