New game mode: 1.0.0

To make things short, all this gamemode is is league WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT!!! Everything should be like the very first version of league: same stats, same items, same map, same champs (the original 40), same skins (yay pizza feet), etc. EVERYTHING must get reverted. tf can now teleport wherever he wants with e, heimer gets his 6 turrets, the dodge stat exists once more, brushes everywhere, return of surge, return of zhonya's ring and breathstealer, etc. We even get the old splashes back on up.

Not everyone was around for LoL's release. Let us have a taste of what things were like back then.
