Knowledge is used to describe an entities familiarity with certain information.
If you want something more in depth you can look it up yourself.

Knowledge is a prerequisite for Intelligence.
It doesn't matter how quickly and efficiently, accurately or intuitively data is processed if there is no data TO process.
Operating without information is no better then flipping a coin, and when you don't know something, you'd best understand THAT at least.
So yes, doing what you are told, blindly, without questioning the authenticity or validity of a given data set is almost by definition, stupid. It certainly isn't the hallmark of a thinking entity.

I never used a custom definition, I never switched gears, and I worded everything to mean exactly what I meant. If you read it wrong that's on you, not me. Your change of tone between posts is startling enough to fully justify my comments, and for that I offer no apology.
You can read what I say as personal attacks all you want, but like I said before we're done here. The last word is yours if you want.

Sukishoo4 votesEveryone should know though to build some kind of MR when fighting a full AP team, that's called Common Sense. Just like when fighting a full AD team you would want to bring Armor.
redniwediS2 votesIt's common sense to you because you understand it already. Some people literally play while only building recommended items on champions that are meta at the time. Others, like you and me, think a little deeper into counter building and counter picking.
I don't know why some people don't care to learn, but they are out there in large numbers.

Same as if i ask you to name the 14th, 18th and 24th presidents and their place of birth. You not knowing does not mean you are stupid, it means you did not have that knowledge. Intelligence is much more akin to your ability to gain knowledge or to infer and discern things based upon your current knowledge.
If the Rammus knew that you build MR for Ap and Armor for AD, but chose to build as you stated then yes he is stupid. If the Rammus just was unaware that the MR he'd build or the AP damage was more important than trying to buy items to give himself attack damage (And thus use his passive) then perhaps he is lacking knowledge...or...oh shit...no, he is retarded. Lol
