Surprise April Fools Party!

So this game mode is intended for Summoner's Rift as an alternate game mode to normal and ranked. Here are my thoughts on the new game mode:

• All players are presents that hop around the map. These presents take the base stats, basic attacks, and movement qualities of a random champion that changes every time someone dies (So if a present took of Malzahar, the present would hover around and basic attack with a little darkness with Malzahar base stats too).
• Players still have base abilities and one ultimate ability, but all of these are randomed. After a single use, these abilities are thrown away, replaced with a question mark (?) for 5 seconds, then replaced with another random ability. Ultimates are randomly replaced with other random ultimate abilities, with a 30 second cooldown on each ultimate random roll. ( So a present can have a Teemo Blinding Dart (Q), a Miss Fortune Impure Shots (W), a Jayce Acceleration Gate (E), and a Fiddlesticks Crowstorm (R). If this present was to use Blinding Dart (Q), then the ability would disappear and he would randomly gain... Karthus Lay Waste (Q) instead).
• Players gain passive similar to their character models so as to make it an easier time on riot ( So a Karthus-model present may have the abilities from Kha'zix, Lucian, Katarina, and Pantheon, but when he dies a Karthus passive will trigger and cause him to only be able to cast spells for 8 seconds before finally dying)>
• Players have 100% refund cost on all items and gain 250% increased experience and gold income rates.
• If a player kills an enemy present and has abilities on cooldown with a (?), they will steal the person's ability that they had at the time to replace the (?). ( So if you had your Q on cooldown with a ? in it's place and killed an enemy present/champion who had a Pantheon Spear Shot as his Q, you woud steal the Spear Shot and have that as your own ability instead). This does not affect abilities that are not on cooldown, and it does not affect ultimate abilities either!
• ALL MINIONS, MONSTERS, AND CHAMPIONS/PRESENTS EXPLODE LIKE PARTY POPPERS WHEN THEY DIE!!!
