Can we keep the Bilgewater ARAM skin (Butcher's Bridge) as a random map skin?

Way back in the early days of the game Summoner's Rift had rotating map skins, sometimes you would get snow rift, sometimes you would get green rift, or later the harrowing rift.

I really enjoyed this latest iteration of the ARAM with the cannon turrets, seaweed brush, poro sharks, and piratey shopkeeps. Can we please have this as a permanent random map skin for ARAM (meaning sometimes you would still get howling abyss when you queued).
