URF- Like Game Mode Idea

I thought it would be kind of fun to speculate what it would be like if we had a game mode where, instead of a basic buff for every champ, we have buffs for one or two abilities on each champ. Such as perhaps 's Q being global or 's speed boost giving some ridiculously high speed.

What do you guys think would be fun op buffs for champion skills?
