URF- Like Game Mode Idea
I thought it would be kind of fun to speculate what it would be like if we had a game mode where, instead of a basic buff for every champ, we have buffs for one or two abilities on each champ.
Such as perhaps 
's Q being global or 
's speed boost giving some ridiculously high speed.
What do you guys think would be fun op buffs for champion skills?
ult, 
ult does damage for once, 
triple riftwalk range, 
global dunks
Double tibbers?
