We all know it is coming back, and I love this most of all because I missed urf the first go around. But I was reading about the return on newsoflegends.com and it said,"NON ultimate shelds are buffed, COOLDOWNS will be reduced by X%(different for ranged champion)" this had me thinking of how dissapointing it would be if you made champions like ezreal have like... A 60% CDR and I mean... THE LAST THING WE NEED IN URF IS BALANCE! THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS DRIVING ME UP THE WALL!!!! I missed urf once, I don't want a trashy balanced flaming hunk of dog shit PLEEEEZZZZ

The sad thing they need to do it because of the last time we had Urf. This is what happens when people take a joke game mode seriously. And now because of that everyone gets punished with balances. The thing is people want this as a permanent mode. If that's the case then we need balances or else again because people take the game mode seriously then a lot of harassment as we have seen when URF first came about will be much more harsh! It's sad but this is what people wanted in the first place instead of just playing the mode and having fun.

I just played about 10 urf games and gave up because people only wanted to win and pick OP champs.

really bad game when enemy team had zed/ezreal/eve/nidalee..

why can't rito just have multiple URF Modes and make the permanent game modes.

  1. URF Mode 50% CDR
  2. URF Mode 75% CDR
  3. URF Mode 100% CDR

this way players get to play based on how much CDR they want. this way champions like Sona and manaless champions can be balanced based on the CDR of the mode instead of the bs where champions are permabanned or never picked due to that champion's URF Mode Mechanics.

this way champions like sona and manaless champions, and health based champions like Rumble can be disabled on the 100% CDR version but enabled on the 50% CDR Version.

For those who missed URF the first time: like 1/5th of the roster was completely disabled. That's why they are changing the way it works.

First of all the fun was in that Unbalance. And how to avoid op champs? Just simply give us 5 bans to each team or 4 bans. That should avoid champs that you wouldnt like to see in the game. We need Urf as it was we need it just slightly upgraded not Balanced.

Agree. Only balancing the mode needs is bringing Rumble into playable status and making the URF buff remove health costs.

Rumble is probably the only champion who is virtually unplayable due to his overheat mechanic, and alot of the health cost champions end up killing themselves with the spamming.

URF had 80% CDR last time for spells, activated items, and summoner spells. I hope they raise it. I don't care how imbalanced the game will be. I just want to test out a build with Teemo. OBVIOUSLY ONLY IF HE DOESN'T HAVE MUSHROOM CAPS THIS TIME!#!$!@#$@#$!@%
