The difference between servers is huge...

Just went back to EUNE where I am stuck in ELO hell, even if on NA I am Gold 4. I have been surprised to see the ability of EUNE players to throw away free games. I got a pentakill as Yasuo, had 28/9 but lost game when I was backdooring. Why? Because my team's support went AFK after Lucian couldn't help her not to die in minute 4, even if I got first blood. I am surprised to see how easily it is to lose in EUNE.
