New Game mode idea

I've been thinking about a lot of game modes, those few weeks and I came up with this one:

-First the way to pick champions would be like in the team builder. -When a team is formed it will look for another that matches the same roles and the same lanes. -Then every 2:30 minutes the teams switch champions with the other team.

For example: if you pick Ashe marksman/bot lane, and the other team has a Jinx marksman/bot lane, these 2 will switch champs every 2:30 minutes (they keep the same masteries, summoner spells, items and abilities they chose only the champion changes) then they switch back to there original champion.

What I think is good about this mode is that it would take a lot of strategy, also you get to try other champs even the ones you don't own, and if the other person has a skin you get to try it out. You can also see if you can master your role with not only your champ but also with other ones. I don't have any ideas for the name of this mode though...
