Single Queue for custom maps

From this article http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/features/featured-game-modes-2014 they said one of the major reasons they don't make the featured gamemodes permanently is the cost of applying the mechanics of the gamemodes to the champions. But if by chance Riot has some of that over 1 billion dollars it made last year lying around they could just make a single matchmaking for all the custom modes, and once you got into a lobby you just voted on which one to play, so as to not clog the game with ten different queues.

One thing I didn't agree with at all was how they said urf burned twice as fast or something. I can't speak for the entire league community of course, but in the time since I last played urf, even if I was a quadriplegic I'd be able to count on my fingers how many times I've been happy to know I don't have the option to play urf, and judging from...every post Riot has made since they removed urf, I'd say more players than the entire population of Ireland would agree.
