Soraka in ARAM

Just played a game of ARAM as Soraka. We won and overall I'd say she's a rather strong champ. However, her passive is annoying as shit. It gives a very large speed boost when moving towards allies with under 40% hp. Well when you have 2 or 3 of them and they are in different cardinal directions relative to your position it makes it incredibly annoying to move around and try to land your q on the enemy team. It jerks around like it's lagging.
