Something needs to be done about afk caused ranked losses... rito pls

Dear Riot,

So this is a HUGE problem in Ranked solo/duo queue. People AFK / disconnecting. Before you say " we have the new leaver buster system etc. Where's the lp that I lost because of that? There will always be people who leave the game and that causes a lot of problems, and not for myself but for many of my friends as well, even had a friend quit LoL for like 4 months because of it. Yes the new system will get rid of afkers, but that still doesnt fix the problem.

I know that if it isnt done the right way people will exploit this, but we need a way to "loss prevented" games with afk/dc.

I have been thinking about this and a Petition of sorts could help. If a player afk's for more than lets say 5 minutes (just an example) before post game screen or during, have a button specific to loss prevented scenarios. Have one person click it, and all the other players in that game get the petition as well as a Riot review of the chat, score, and the factors to the game that would determine if 1 player bites the bullet where everyone tries to get loss prevented in a lost cause, they gets Defeat. or if its an Unknown unplanned scenario then loss prevented the unfortunates and Defeat the afkers.

I know a request like this wouldnt be instantanious and would take time to review so hold their ranked queue "until review." so if it is ruled Loss prevented then it gets unlocked and they are not demoted or lp lost. But if it is ruled defeat then they get the loss. but that way they dont play 4 games before the ruling and the divisions are all messed up then where they should be.

This is just a suggestion and I would appreaciate a reply, thanks for listening. However you chose to fix this is alright, but me being demoted because of the ahead adc and ahead top laner dcing because of power loss in the area for 15 minutes is bullcrap.
