I thought Riot was getting rid of bots

So I hadn't played dominion since before season 5, my friend and I decided to play a game, what we didn't know was that all the other players in the game were bots. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1902421120/210838453?tab=overview I thought Riot was banning botting but these "people" have overrun dominion I guess, it was disgusting they stood there doing nothing taking heal/barrier or heal/ghost and just autoattacking or using random spells on whoever came into range, it was just my friend and I with 3 bots on our team and 5 on the enemy team. This shouldn't be allowed to happen, even if no one cares about dominion.

It's just hard to remove. I mean, I remember when all bots took Ghost/Heal, but it seems Riot figured that out, so they changed it to all type of spells. It's not a change in the game, it's a program that plays the game for you. It's also hard to tell if the bots are just new players. If you got banned for "botting" as a new player, you probably would just leave the game. They also use to not talk at all, but I've heard of them having automated messages now.

Riot is incompetent, we already know this. Your only solution is to just farm free wins off the bots until your elo is above all of theirs. Bots can't win except against bots. They are all super low elo. Just raise your own to where they can't reach.
