[Feature Request] TeamBuilder Surrender Matchmaker Option

Hello everyone, I am here today to propose a new idea to help make everyone's gaming experience better. I suggest it start out in team builder and if its a success move it to normal queue's.

When doing teambuilder, as both a game creator or a solo player trying to find a lobby let there be an option such as a checkbox that asks you if you are

1. Pro-surrender: Will surrender if the game is so far behind that winning is impossible or very improbable
2. Neutral: Doesn't care whether team surrenders or not
3. Anti-Surrender: Refuses to surrender even at 0 kills to the enemy team's 50 kills, o dragons to the enemy teams 10 dragons, o barons to the enemy teams 3 barons, 0 turrets and all your turrets are lost. Extreme no surrender manometer what.

Once each player has checked which of the 3 they fall into matchmaker only Pairs Pro-surrender with other pro-surrender and neutrals, and only pairs anti-surrender with other anti-surrender and neutrals.

One of the absolute worst qualities of this game is having 3 people wanting to surrender but 2 morons wont surrender so you waste an hour on a game you lost in the first 20 minutes. Let the no surrender extremist go get paired together and refuse to surrender and waste their hour while people such as myself can surrender at 20 and use the other 40 minutes to join a better game that we can actually win.

Not beign allowed to surrender makes you a prisoner in the game and has only negative consequences:

1. AFk after unsecussful surrender vote: gets reported/banned for afk
2. Stand in fountain doing nothing: Gets reported for afk and banned
3. Intentionally feed worse to end game quicker: Banned fro feeding
4. Try to win: Die repeatedly and get reported for feeding

All over the board lose-lose situations that could be avoided by NOT PAIRING EXTREMISTS of opposite views together.

Since it would be a checkbox you could at any point go and change your answer so if you go from pro-surrender to deciding never to surrender never what or anti-surrender to pr-surrender or whatever.

*In order to stay at Neutral status the system will keep track of every surrender vote and whether you voted or not and what you voted. If you overwhelming vote no in games you lost it will pair you with anti-surrender teams; if you over overwhelmingly vote yes it will pair you more with pro-surrender. If its about even 50/50 your pairing will be random (or only paired with other neutrals if applicable)
