Teambuilder Matchmaking Adjustment

Just a suggestion, i don't know how well the teambuilder matchmaking works, but i think if you haven't played a champion in, say a month or two or so, the matchmaking will become "active" again and match you with people who are new or have also not played the champ in a while, and then within five games it will adjust again like before. Just a suggestion :)
