Treeline Shrines should get timers like Vilemaw

Pretty simple request. If Vilemaw got a timer in the new patch, maybe the shrines should too. I know they're only locked for 90 seconds, but considering the accelerated pace of 3v3's it still seems like it could be useful, and it can't be that hard to hook up. ~~something something spaghetti code~~

Not that I'm against it, but you should remember you can always look at the runes on the altars to see how close they are from unlocking.

So, technicaly the timers were always there, but with less clarity.
