So, how do you win a Dominion match against intermediate bots?

I think it was a while ago that I almost entirely stopped winning dominion intermediate coop vs ai matches.

The bots are either too powerful or the players are just that bad.

It usually starts with 3 going top and 2 going bot (for some reason no one ever really gets the entire part where a 3v4 is a bad idea for the first teamfight of the game)

Now I like being able to lose, I really do. But When all I can do is hope that I'll crazy carry against 3 tanks and a tanky mage with some actual semblance of coordination, i'm getting tired.

I haven't gone to try beginner bots, but i'm assuming that either que times will be drastically long or the matches will be way too easy.

It just doesn't feel appropriate that we have no chance at all.

I also suspect there might be a lot of people going towards intermediate bots as their first dominion match.

To the people who do intermediate bots as their first try: Please don't, read a quick how-to on dominion and play a beginner bot match first, please.

I love dominion, I don't have the guts to play vs humans all the time, and I'd like to feel like I have at least a fair shot at winning these matches.

So how do I lead my team to victory against intermediate bots in dominion?

Well, are you looking to win LIKE A MAN or are you okay with just cheesing them?

Because if cheesing them is the way to go, grab Heimer, drop three turrets on a point, and just start dancing behind it where the bots can't see you.

If you want to win fair and square, keep in mind that the Bots follow the ever-important rule of IT'S DANGEROUS TO GO ALONE, TAKE THIS. Typically they'll have a group of two and a group of three just running around through the jungle capping things. Keep an eye on the mini-map, it's usually pretty obvious where they're going. If you can repel them from a point they'll just back off and try again a moment later.

Also?

4 top and 1 bot is almost ALWAYS a better plan. Aaaaaaaalways.
