This might have been said b4 though. I couldn't find it. I think team builder should reward for the most needed roles. this way to increase the player to pick a role that are wonted by player so people wouldn't have to wait for a long period of time to play. for example most of the time playing team builder if I pick a support I have a wait time of 3-6 sec to get in a lobby with other player if lobby not full. I can easy find another lobby in another 3-6 sec to play a game fast. but lets say I would like to top with a tank Malphite or mid withVeigar I would have a wait time of 3-5 mins to get in to a lobby. then wait to fill it up take 0 sec if your the last spot or the longest I wait in a lobby for just a support about 8 mins. if we were to give the top 3 player what people are asking for that needed a little bit more IP maybe more people would try or just pick the role need make match making faster in team builder. I think 30 IP more for most need role 20 for the 2ed need role 10 for 3ed need role. IP can be lower or just aim for the 2 most ask for to reward. I do like team builder for you can pick you role and there no fighting over it. its also a nice mode to test out new champions. bot game are way to easy I think. I would like to see it the way with people picking there roles then going to find a match with blind pick this way it would be like blind pic but there wouldn't be any fighting about who mid top ADC JG etc... thx for reading and I hope other would agree with me.

I agree, I usually get forced into support in normals due to a slower connection, so team builder is great to play other roles, but it just takes forever to find supports. Rito tried to balance the role picks with the new icons, but that only lasted for the first 5 games of a role. The small IP boost could influence others to pick different roles, making this game mode more awesome.

I had a similar idea, and decided to comment here, rather than start a new thread.

Instead of getting a flat increase for playing Support or Jungle, how would the community feel about a small IP boost, for playing whatever is in demand at the time? Playing the fill roll, basically.

There's already the little indicators to show you what's in demand. Why not showing a little incentive next to those? Something along the lines of...

"Current Teams requesting heavily" Support............. (15% IP Boost) ADC ...................(10% IPBoost) Mid Mage.......... (5% IP Boost) Mid Assassin ....(5% IP Boost)

Nothing world shattering, but it suddenly becomes more efficient when trying to grind IP to play Fill. Positive reinforcement works. [citation needed] I think we would see the times level out a bit. Not to mention it gives people incentive to learn multiple roles.
