Disable dialog when they make no sense?

I was thinking some champion lines should be disabled on maps where they don't fit. Like Forecast Janna's "Stock up wards for low viability locations!" on maps where you can't buy wards. Or Twitch's "Who let all these plants survive?" on Howling Abyss where there are 4 dead bushes and that's it. Not really surviving.
