Port Team Builder to Ranked Already

Simple enough. We've had team builder around for a while now. It's about time this became the system for ranked. I've had a disproportionate number of games recently where I've been last pick and it's honestly to the point where I find myself not logging in. "Last pick plays X" (usually support) is killing it for me. What's worse? I've had people in the last pick slot troll, ruining even more games for me.

I know support players exist, I've seen them. So it's not like that'd kill team builder. So why on Earth do we not have team builder as ranked yet?
